Remember that these concepts are proposals for consultations by Union leaders and union members

This is a future directed program

This means the introduction of this program, if accepted by the members of the Union, will become the way in which you in future will plan your life and perform your work.

It is therefore ongoing.

It is not designed to be disruptive; it is designed to support you to be able to perform your work in such a way, that you know; you are building wealth and opportunities for the future.

The following is the proposed consultation process:-

This program focuses on the drivers that build personal, business and economic wealth.

It starts first and foremost with the individual.

In this case, you as union member.

It is therefore important for members:-

• not only to approve a program but
• to fully understand the implications, benefits, and challenges.
• At the same time to understand the consequences of not launching a program

The steps and status are therefore designed to allow members to obtain the necessary information and to consult with all stakeholders.

The following are the main steps:-

1)                  Global leader and directorship initial training	To obtain an initial understanding of the need and urgency for a global future directed management process	Completed and attended by various members of your union management
2)                  Formulation of a vision	To have a clear vision and focus	Currently underway, initial concept published here as guide for discussions.
3)                  Internet publication of proposed programme	To establish a communication and consultation platform with union members	In the process of being revised for approval
4)                  Discussions and consultations of the need for a global future directed program	To obtain membership approval
If approved by members the following steps will follow
1)                  Publicizing of proposed program elements	To provide members an in depth understanding of the various elements that is needed
2)                  Agreement on programme elements	To establish specific goals and objectives
3)                  Final program design	To ensure the program meets members requirements
4)                  Launch an implementation	The enactment of the program
5)                  Ongoing management and directing of the program	The ongoing conduct of the program

After the initial agreement on a need for a future directed program the various elements which will be included within the program will be publicized on this web.
